I'm just stopping by to post a picture of my last week's painting. It's not nearly finished but I am proud that I managed to let go and just have some fun with the watercolors which is exactly what the class is all about. Any recommendations and advises are welcome and appreciated!
Oh, yes - it's a female body (since I was asked a couple of times).

p.s. The painting is way too big to fit my scanner so I had no other option but take a photo, hence the bad quality. Sorry about that.

...I like it! I love the cool blue and the free-flowing lines. I'm working in watercolor right now, and it's hard (that's why I like it). I'm learning to work faster and be more free also.

I just saw your 101 site. You have some wonderful things on that list. I'm going to try something similar in January--painting 101 bird watercolor paintings in a year. Even if I can't do it, it will be fun trying and will help me learn to use the watercolors.

I'm awful at watercolor. This is beautiful but I would have no idea where to go once you are here! Better ask the watercolor specialists!

I think this looks great - and yes it does look like a woman no matter what other people thought! Like the fluid lines and colours.
